Loyalty club terms and conditions
Membership of our loyalty club is our way of thanking you for your custom. Becoming a member is easy: all it takes is your consent and at least one completed stay at Resort Český les. You can register for the loyalty club at reception or through our contact form.
Once your accommodation spend with us reaches a total of 25 000 Kč, we automatically move you up to a higher level full of further benefits. So that we can grant you every member discount and benefit, always book your stays directly through our official website www.resortceskyles.cz.
Your membership status is valid for 12 months from your last stay; if you do not make it back within that year, the status drops by one level or expires altogether.
